General Conditioning Questions

How often should I train?

For most people, 2-3 sessions per week is ideal to start. This allows adequate recovery while building consistency. As you progress, you may increase frequency based on your goals.

Our coaches are experienced in working around injuries and limitations. We can modify exercises and create a program that works with your body. Always inform us of any injuries before training.

What is CST (Circular Strength Training)?

CST uses circular, three-dimensional movements to develop mobility, strength, and coordination. It's particularly effective for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and developing fluid, pain-free movement.
